Courtney Parker, PMHNP-BC, CAS

I've always admired people who knew exactly what they wanted to do, but my path was more of a journey. I got my start in healthcare at 18 as an EMT in Los Angeles, while my father was battling ALS. That experience gave me a deep look into both physical and mental health, and I knew I wanted to learn more.

By 21, I became a paramedic through UCLA and spent the next ten years working in Las Vegas and Spokane. Along the way, I saw firsthand how much mental health care was missing in emergency settings, which led me to emergency and psychiatric nursing. After completing multiple graduate programs, I found my true passion as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, specializing in neurodiversity.

Now, I focus on creating personalized treatment plans that connect mental and physical health, so you can get the care you need to live your best life.

Medical Director - Psychiatry

Kate S., MA, NCC, PPC

Kate Sabo is an independently licensed clinician who obtained their license in 2022 and has maintained independent licensure for over a year. Kate holds active licenses in Oregon, Wyoming, and Washington, with the Washington license recently obtained. Kate currently works in integrated behavioral health as a Behavioral Health Consultant.

Prior to their current role, Kate spent two years in community mental health in Jackson, Wyoming, where they completed their clinical hours in a high-acuity environment that included crisis intervention and hospital-based psychiatric assessments — an experience Kate describes as a "fire hose of information" that provided broad and intensive clinical exposure across presentations and levels of care.

Clinically, Kate has shifted from the CBT-centered framework of graduate training toward somatic and bottom-up modalities. Kate's current practice emphasizes helping patients identify and tolerate difficult emotions and applies an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens — work Kate finds both clinically effective and personally meaningful.
